Hey everyone,
First, it is important that you should know your bra size. If you don't know check this out http://www.glamgirl.co.in/2012/09/beauty-news-find-right-fit.html
We have had discussion about the right fit of bra. Now you must understand that different types of bras are used for different purposes.
You should never exercise without sports bra. Be it at gym, running, playing or even yoga and meditation, you should always do such practices wearing a sports bra. Sports bras are designed to give support to your breast while you do any heavy activity or any activity in which a lot of breast movement happens.
Sports bras not only give support and shape to breast but also prevents them from sagging, loose skin and there fore stretch marks. Above all it won't let you get embarrassed in front of others. While exercising you loose weight and this reflects on your bosoms too.
I recommend wearing it during yoga and meditation too because that also involves many stretching forms which affects your chest as well.
I hope you like these tips.
Good luck

This is a very comfortable, supportive bra (I'm a 38C) that I use for running. I would prefer the cup fabric to be a bit thicker; it's one or two layers without padding. I wear a second, stretchy bra on top to hide any potential visible nipple action.
ReplyDeleteFor the price, bali shapewear bra is good.
Thanks Cathy. Thats a nice tip
