Hello everyone,

2 minutes exposure in sun can do much damage to your skin. As I always say never miss sunscreen whenever move out. India is land of tropical weather. Sun is really harsh these days, to lessen the risk of damage, pick a SPF 50+ sunscreen / sunblock. Also pay some attention to your body as well.
