My experience
I like to use lip liners as they are multipurpose. Especially when I wear dark shades, lip liners provide a clean edge to fill in the color. Also it makes the lip color last long.
Jordana cosmetics belong to reasonable cosmetics. Its a US based company available online or at selected stores.
This is a twisting lip pencil. Once you twist it and the product doesn't go back inside :(
Its tip is very soft and smooth and long lasting. It is fragrance and flavor free.
