My experience
When we talk about a lip balm, the first thing comes into mind is that it should be hydrating, heel the cracked dry lips. Tint or other factors are secondary. Using a wrong lip balm can make your lips dark and pigmented. I used it and I prefer Biotique lip balm ( read review here) over it.
