You need
Step 2 Apply white nail color on the top of the nail of 1 finger as shown in the picture. Now apply silver shimmer nail color from the middle to top of the nail before the white color dries. Apply few coats to intensify the shimmer on the top of nail.
I have used two types of silver shimmer nail colors to make it more shimmery.
Wait till it dries and seal the color with a clear top coat.
