Product promises:

My experience:
Rather then calling it smokey black I would like to call it grey eyeliner. Its texture is creamy but doesn't glide so easily, you'll have swipe the pencil 2-3 times to get the perfect opaque color. But you can't afford to wear it during summers as it smudges.
I rubbed the pencil multiple times to get this color (Check the swatch on my hand).
Pros:
- Texture is average
- Reasonably priced
- Available in many colors
- Lasts for 3-4 hrs
- Availability is not an issue
Cons:
- Smudges in summers
- Fades so requires reapplication
- A lot product goes waste in sharpening
- Pencil is not very smooth
